Greetings Brothers and Guest:
Welcome to the official website of the 4th
District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. The 4th District
comprises the states of Ohio and West Virginia.
The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity was founded on November 17, 1911 by
three undergraduate men, Brothers Edgar A. Love, Oscar J. Cooper
and Frank Coleman, in the company of their advisor Professor
Ernest E. Just.
The principles upon which this Fraternity is based are set forth
in four words: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift.
Contained in this site are upcoming events and programs from the
more than forty chapters that comprise the 4th District. The
chapters carry out various social programs that uplift those in
the community. I ask that you review those programs and support
them. Additionally, you will find more pertinent information
regarding our Fraternity's International and District wide
initiatives.
