Welcome to the website of the Fourth District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. The Fourth District is the home Colonel Charles Young, and encompasses the states of Ohio and West Virginia.

The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity was founded on Friday evening November 17, 1911, at Howard University. Omega Psi Phi is a fraternity of college-educated men bound together by friendship, knowledge, brotherhood, and common goals. We strive with the highest enthusiasm and sense of purpose to uphold our Four Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.
