The Brothers of the Mighty Fourth District welcome you to our website.  The Fourth District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated is comprised of the States of Ohio and West Virginia.  While we have been parts of the 9^th, 10^th, and 11^th Districts, we have been the 4^th District since 1945.

The 4^th District has a grand history having held three Grand Conclaves, 1937, 1957, and 1994.  Our oldest chapters date back to 1923 and were established twelve years after the founding of our Fraternity.

The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity was founded at Howard University, Washington D.C. by three undergraduate scholars
and one graduate advisor in 1911.  As a result, the 4^th District has undergraduate and graduate chapters through out
 the states of Ohio and West Virginia.  We stress social action and the betterment of mankind.  We encourage our
members to become involved in solving the problems of today, and to support our nationally mandated programs.

It is my charge as the twenty-fourth duly elected Fourth District Representative to chart the course for the District and to carry out the Fraternity’s programs.  In summary, I invite those who are not members of the Fraternity to support the programs of our local chapters.
